New Free item by Rockhopper! - Life Vest

Well, Rockhopper has just arrived! with a great new FREE item. Its a Life Vest . Well but rockhopper came in a small boat. And on it there is a red puffle! cool! Well to know where is the free item by rockhopper, its in the beach. Its orange in color...I have also weared the life vest in the picture.
